Multiple LED installation in the new building of Retailer

Behind the historic façade of a commercial building in Arnsberg-Neheim's city centre, a multi-storey, modern fashion store is being built. To arouse emotions and needs, to inspire customers in retail & to create incentives to buy - for this, a contemporary store design with a sophisticated visual concept was developed. For the perfect implementation of this marketing concept, the client chose LEDCON as a full-service partner for the development, design & installation of several high-resolution LED screens with a pixel pitch of 2.6mm.

A 2 x 3.5m high digital signage screen was positioned behind the eye-catching window front as an eye-catcher in the pedestrian zone. Particular importance was attached to an extremely slim design in which the entire feed and controller architecture is also built in. LEDCON meets this requirement by using the UFrame E series in combination with an extremely flat substructure. To ensure perfect integration into the store design, a housing design was developed and produced especially for the LED installations, which scores points not only for its straightforward appearance but also for its serviceability. All screens are played from the marketing headquarters of the fashion chain via integrated BrightSign players.

In close cooperation and creative consultation with the renowned Loock GmbH, which was in charge of planning and implementing the interior design, LEDCON was able to integrate two further LED screens into the fashion store in addition to the entrance screen. Visitors arriving on the first floor via a spacious, open staircase are greeted by a view of a special LED screen, which, thanks to its corner design and the resulting very interesting optical effect, takes the customer directly into the theme world desired by the fashion house.


In the fashion department in the basement, a stately 5 x 3m LED screen awaits the customer. Positioned in front of a window facade, its size directly captures the customer and, together with the decorative elements surrounding the screen, creates a world of experience. With Full HD resolution at a pixel pitch of only 2.6mm and the typical UFrame E

colour brilliance, the screen offers the marketing concept all possibilities to create the desired mood in the brand world. Here, too, a very cool overall design was created through the extremely narrow overall structure of LED modules, supporting construction and individualised cladding in a discreet "industrial style".
