After the new construction of the Emsland Arena in Lingen an der Ems, the event location had to be equipped with the latest and most innovative technology.
LEDCON delivered several systems for this purpose: Two fixed installations in the hall interior, a pylon in the entrance area, a double-sided fixed installation on the busy main road by the arena and a railing system for the professional handball club HSG Nordhorn-Lingen, which is based in the Emsland Arena.
The LEDCON UPix displays and a B-10SI LED-band system were installed.
With the new multifunctional EmslandArena in the heart of Lingen, a new entertainment era is starting for the entire region. Close to the border with the Netherlands, national and international artists, athletes and entertainers from the southern part of the Emsland will increase the level of awareness of our region through top-class events and shows with a supra-regional impact.
Together with the existing complex of the Emslandhallen, the EmslandArena provides a new home for the various events in Lingen and welcomes around 450,000 visitors per year to the region.
